Is Bryant Park close to Madison Square Garden? -

If so, is it within walking distance from the MSG ? Im going to be going to a charity event being held there and will be taking the train to the city from New Jersey and will be getting of at the MSG. So im wondering if it is close by or a pretty long walk .. Any help would be great :) Thanks in advance :)

You can definitely walk between B.Park and MSG. But I can say it is not so far but not so close. It takes about 15 minutes. If you have Xooter (a name of scooter), it takes about 7 minutes. You can take 1,2,3,9 red-line of subway from 34th Street to 42nd street and transfer 7 line to get off at Bryant Park or walk 1block from Times Square to 6th Ave. if it s too cold to walk for 15 minutes.

Its a ten block from each others. The Garden is located on 32nd Street and 7th Avenue, Bryant Park is located at 40th and 6th Avenue.I hope this information is very helpful.Good luck

Pretty Close. Bryant Park is at 6th Ave, between 42nd and 41st. MSG is at Eighth Ave between 33rd and 32nd. About 15 minutes walking. Less than a mile.
