Is there a metrolink service to travel from Valencia,Ca to San Isidro,Ca? -

I want to know if theres a metrolink train that goes to San Isidro from Valencia or Canyon country,ca? or i have to transbord in LA station? how much is the ticket? and how many suitcases do they let you bring?
