Where in Long Island, New York is Camp Half-Blood located? -

I just read this book Percy Jackson and found out that there was a REAL camp half-blood. Just a reminder I m not from U.S so i m not familiar with your roads and maps.. :D

This is one giant leg-pull, although Long Island definitely exists and is the Island where both Brooklyn and Queens in New York City are located. Look for New York State on a map of the United States and then look for the fish-shaped island just offshore. The part nearest the nose of the fish are the New York boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn. The part in the middle of the island is Nassau county and the parts closest to the tail is Suffolk County.
