How do you get a V.I.P necklace for the Radio Disney Holiday Concert on 12/19/09? -

I know that last year if you had a v.i.p necklace you got access to stand close to the stage and access to the meet and greet to whoever was performing. if anyone knows anything about on how to get a v.i.p necklace for this event...please help me! :)
