Should I stay In California Or Move to TN.? -

Im 16 and been thinking about moving to Tennessee with my dad instead of staying here in L.A. It s a lot safer in TN and I really don t feel like getting shot at again when walking home from school. My overprotective mom and step dad don t let me see my friends and I can t go outside so its pretty stressful staying inside even in the weekends, especially since it s a small apartment. My dad and friends constantly tell me that I d be way better off with them in TN. There I ll be dirtbiking, playing sports, and working on the yard which I don t mind as long as I m outside. I ve been there a few times so I know a few people and how the lifestyle is there. I don t know if I should move because it will be a big change from the city to a small town in the countryside.

If they don t let you outside I d definitely move which I find odd in the first place since you are 16. Anyway you can go to TN for a few weeks on a school break to see how you like it? Probably a good idea to give it a try before you commit to anything long term.
