Crossroads Mall - Portage, MI? -

I m visiting Portage soon and I need to get a dress for my semi-formal. Which is kinda like homecoming. What are some good stores for nice dresses that are dressy but not over the top?

There a couple of store there in the mall and a couple down the road from the mall .Not sure try Jc penny and Deb and theres others sorry cant help u out more
