If I wanted to sell a cell phone that I found, and have held on to and yet no one claimed...would they buy it there?

once you say you found or something like that they will not buy it and if they did you wouild be lucky to get $5 for it

Why don t you return it to the wireless provider whose service it s attached to? The wireless provider can return it to the rightful owner.
