Where to go for new years eve??? asap? -

me and my dad want to go away for a fun new years eve. i don t have my passport yet and know that you don t need 1 to go to northern ireland. but we don t want to stay in london. is there any where we can go for a fun filled new year. some where there is funfair, eating places, shows and all that????????
