Twin Falls
sorry i live in washington state and have never been to most of your cities named? but because idaho is mostly mountains like colorado and do get a lot of snow i think it won t matter much??

sandpoint? boise? pocatello? idaho falls? twin falls? i have it narrowed down to these towns any help would be great
