Need information for new years eve in times square!? -

me and 3 other friends (4 total) are going to times square for New Years eve, and we re not sure what would be the easiest way to travel into the city. i looked around saw either the train or a bus. would the bus be worth it? the bus would leave from philly, so we d only have to drive an hour then get on a bus compared to taking the train from msu. please let me know what you think.Dont tell me not to go and give me reasons why it isn t worth it and try to talk me out of it. i dont care and WE ARE GOING

The bus will be full of drunk irish. Thats not racist, its a fact. The best thing would be the subway from grand central station. Fast and cheap and somewhat clean.Just watch your wallet in the crowd at time square

Both the train and the bus will arrive in town within walking distance of Times Square. The bos comes int Port Authority Bust Terminal which is basically one block west of Times Square. The train will come into Penn Station, about a half mile away. Pick your poison.

Take the train, its only an hour travel time each way on Amtrak. If that s to expensive, then take SEPTA from Philly to Trenton and then NJ Transit to New York City.Good luck

I usually drive into Jersey City and take the PATH train in NYC. From there just take the appropriate trains to where ever you want to watch from.
