Is it safe to drive to Chicago from Austin, Tx? -

Me and my family usually ride out to Chicago during the winter. But we don t know if its going to be safe this year (cause of the snow)

I agree with the other answer, you can do it again, it s just that black ice you got to watch out for, my sister moved to austin from chicago last year, and when she left she called an hour and a half later to let us know her car was in a ditch....(it was dark, and she didn t see the ice) I recommend driving more during the day, so you can see the roads better. good luck :)

Txt should get there in almost an instant. I txt my friends in CA from NY and they get it within a min. It will probably cost him 10-15 cents a txt if he did not order any txt package from his cell provider.
