Restaurant by airport in New Orleans for New Years Eve? -

We are spending Dec 12 - Jan 1 in New Orleans this year. It is our second trip during this time frame. Our flight leaves on the 1st and we thought we would stay out by the airport our last night. Can you recommend a good place to eat within easy cab ride of the Hilton airport? Or, should we just plan on eating at the hotel?There is NO bad food in New Orleans we have discovered - even hotels and gas stations! :-)

I can t think of any appropriate restaurants really close to the airport. Since you posted this under Phoenix I would say, learn how to set your thermostat in your apt. or house.Be prepared for loud neighbors on days when you have to get up for work.Be really adaptable.Ask your parents for lots of advice.

What is there to do at the Inner Harbor for New Years Eve? -

I live in PA, and we want to travel to Baltimore for New Year s Eve. We booked a hotel, and I know they have fireworks downtown, but does anyone know what else they have? or if there are any clubs/restaurants near the inner harbor that are having events? We are looking for something low cost. Is it worth going downtown to see the fireworks?

Near the harbor theres ruths chris steakhouse cheesecake factory, hooters, ESPN Zone, fogo de chao, phillips ESPN zone, sooo many more For clubs theres Power Plant which is a coldasack of clubs with different themes its allot of fun.

I have never been there on new years eve but from what I hear, it is a pretty good place to be. One of my friends went two years ago and spent the night in the ESPN zone which is a pretty awesome place. You could also check out the hard rock cafe or even a night cruise in the bay. Have fun!
