when they have a big parade in NYC and you see it on the news...where do those confetti come from? And who throws them?... Do they drop those things on the roof of the building?..

Anyone and everyone..the parades pass by office buildings and homes and people enjoy to do this.. it is like a tradition lolbut im pretty sure that the parade has special workers set up on certain rooftops and they end up dropping conffetti at some point just in case nobody does it =D
