How long would it take for a white persons skin to turn to leather if he/she lived permanently in Hawaii? -

I am from South Carolina. I don t know if the sun is worse there in Hawaii.If I always use sunscreen everyday would it be ok, and would my skin age just like it would living in SC or any other cooler/colder place?

I grew up in Alabama, and yeah, the sun here is much stronger, even though South Carolina gets more uncomfortably hot and humid in the summer (love your mountains and beach, though, hafta say). If you use sunscreen every day and try to stay out of the sun between 9 AM and 3 PM, you ll be OK.
