What Are some good hotels in Las Vegas? -

For a family of two adults, 15 year old, and a 13 year old? -Thanks

Because you have kids under 21, there are few where they can find much to do. I would suggest you look at Circus Circus which has Adventuredome Amusement Park (indoors) that all ages, esp teens love. Know there is a 9pm curfew unless kids are with their parents. Other hotels you may consider are Excaliburor Venetiain. Kidss cannot go into gambling areas, bars or clubs so that limits where they can roam. Pools are closed for the winter. But there are activities like Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Sigfried Roys Secret Garden, Manhattan rollercoaster, 101 stories 3 rides at Stratosphere (not on Strip), Shows would include Blue Man Group, Tournament of Kings dinner show, Mystere or Love cirque shows, Terry Fator. These are family shows.

Circus Circus is like Wal Mart on a Saturday morning. I ve stayed there twice. It s also not near anything except Slots A Fun. The nearest casinos (Westward Ho, Stardust, Frontier) were all demolished 2 years ago. I d stay at Excalibur instead if I needed a low cost family oriented property. Report Abuse

Your kids would probably like the Circus Circus Adventuredome, but I would avoid staying there if possible. It s cheap, and has the dome right there, but it s pretty old and rundown, and not near much else.Excalibur is a good family resort, with a good location and some things to do in the resort or nearby. NYNY is another good one as well.

For a family I recommend Excalibur or Monte Carlo. These hotels also have family friendly hotel promotion offers which you can find e.g. on http://www.vegas-hotels-online.com - with these promo offers you can save money.

You ll want a big room for 4 people. I recommend Encore, Wynn, Venetian, Palazzo, or THEhotel at Mandalay Bay.

Treasure Island.

I don t know what your looking for as in what kind of services the Hotel has but i would recommend you checking out http://www.vegas.com/resorts/

Where has a best chinese foos in SF? -

Best is subjective, here is a list of my favorites:Henrys Hunan at 674 Sacramento, on Battery at Broadway or between 2nd and New Montgomery and Harrison and Folsom south of Market near the MOMA. - Great Chinese dont miss Dianas Meat PieTai Chi on Polk at Broadway has the best General s Tso s Chicken just the right combo of sweet, hot and garlic. They also do really good shrimp won ton soup and sizzling beef and scallops. Best expensive dim sum is at Yank Sing 101 Spear Street at Mission.http://www.yanksing.com/Moderately priced dim sum at City View restaurant on Commerical at Kearny.Cheap dim sum is Louie s on Stockton at Broadway. Best hargow and pork buns in the city! Take out onlyYou s dim sum has several locations in Chinatown worth checking them out.R G Lounge on Kerny at Sacramento, good chinese food less spicy, kinder to the tastebuds than the Hunan and Scheshwan food.Yuet Lee - Broadway at Stockton bare bones Chinese served until 2am. The calimari is amazing.

everything in chinatown is a tourist trap, avoid it like the plague. theres only one place in chinatown worth your money, Sam Wo s on washington street http://dinesite.com/info/rstrnt-290094/but i always go to this place on 45th and balboa in the richmond, i forget the name, but its worth the trip from wherever you are in the city.

Yank Sing is good, high-end food and they have a few locations around SF.Brandy Ho s hunan restaurant near Colombus Broadway is quite good. A lot of food snobs will rip on it for not being authentic enough for them but that doesn t matter: it s good.Tian Sing on O Farrell (I think), next to the Mandarin Oriental hotel, is really good.

Good suggestions above. Just wanted to throw in my favorite for Hunan and Mandarin: Eric s, 1500 Church Street in Noe Valley. http://erics.ypguides.net/
