Is Torrance CA a good place to live, or live near? -

Is the traffic heavy? is there a lot of crime? I would like to hear from someone who live or lived in South Bay.

I have my sister visiting me who s lived in LA for several years, and she says that Torrance is a fine place to live--there isn t a lot of crime, but the traffic is fairly heavy, as it is in a lot of that area.

Is FM 1960 area in Houston safe? -

How bout Spring Branch and Jersey Village areas?

Most of the area around 1960 is very safe; Champion Forest, Greenwood Forest, etc. The areas with multiple apartment communities might not be so safe.Spring Branch is a mixed bag as is Jersey Village.

Some areas of FM 1960 are better than others have less crime. Spring Branch JV are ghetto full of gangs COPS. I saw some dumb mexican just fire a round of his gun walking down the street for the hell of it. What a MORON!

Im not too sure about Spring Branch, but Jersey Village is a very nice area with lots of older people and a very family like atmosphere.

You take a risk anywhere you live. That being said, I live in Spring Branch, and it s safe for me, but then again I don t go out at night.

Pretty much is. I drive an ambulance for this area and dont get too many calls from it...so I d say it s pretty safe.
