I m resident in Baltimore, what do you think is the best way to approach this matter .Will it be wise to plead guilty or not guilty or what do you think? Will it have an impact on my Maryland driving license?

If you were doing 112 in a 65 zone, you are already VERY lucky that you didn t spend the night in jail, dude, so just pay the ticket, by mail if they offer such an option, and don t do it again!!

He/She will let you know what is best.I know for New York, over 20 MPH is 4+ points plus a $300+ fine.Weaving in and out can be considered reckless and that s another 5.1-10 MPH over posted limit: 3 points 11-20 MPH over posted limit: 4 points 21-30 MPH over posted limit: 6 points 31-40 MPH over posted limit: 8 points 40-?? Not a travel question. There is a Legal section on the Answer boards.But, I m guessing that your offense is reckless driving and it would no doubt put points on your license, if it s not revoked outright.You might want to consult a lawyer as to what you should plead.

I am not sure but you could have been arrested for reckless diving.I can t speak for the last few years but some states don t communicate with others. That is only very few though.If it were me, I would take my chances by pleading not guilty. That is one heck of a fine you ll be facing.There is always a chance.Good luck

Simply put if you were speeding (How you managed to get to that speed on such a busy road is beyond me) pay up. You will get points. And for a 112mph ticket the cop will probably show up to court.

Oh wow, so much to see. In Washington DC, all the historical sites and the Smithsonian museums will take you days. It depends on what you like. I like the Museum of Modern History, The air and space museum and the FBI. In New York, you have to go to a broadway show. Visit Ground Zero and pay respects to the people that died there, go to the empire state building, visit an authentic NY Deli, go to the Statue of Liberty and so much more. Again, it depends on what you like. I don t know which part of NJ you re going to. If it s the southern part, visit Philadelphia and see the Liberty Bell and the place where the original congress took place. If it s the North part, just go to NYC. There s nothing worth seeing in No. NJ.Have fun!Have a fabulous time!
