I m going on vacation soon and i need to know the best way to take money. I normally take travelers Checks but i m hearing alot of places are no longer takeing them. What about a visa prepaid card. I m taking creditcard but i don t know about the cash

A pre-paid visa gift card is a great idea (i didn t actually read your entire question so that would have been my advice. Also some cash is necessary, for tips, cabs, and small things from possible street vendors? As for the travelers checks most countries and places will have a bank or currency exchange that can exchange them for cash if necessary (perhaps doing research into the places you are planning on traveling?)
