They are both VERY big states. Please add a detail indicating from what city to what city. It makes a difference.

If you take I-40 there could be some snow in New Mexico or around Flagstaff AZ

They do? Maybe you should explain what you mean by better. As far as I can tell, they don t have better or worse weather in general.

You kind of have to be more specific because I cannot understand how.Africa has the same weather as Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.California has the same weather as Southern France.London has the same weather as most of the US.
