What is the best way to book a flight and car rental (web site)? -

I like orbitz but their flights aren t that great..... they have like 3 hr layovers and it s hard to find a flight I like, but they do seem to have the cheapest prices. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas. This is my first time booking a flight and I would also like a car rental included going from PIT to Tampa next september. Thanks

For flights, I ve always been partial to Travelocity.com. They have a pretty sophisticated web site that lets you choose between different flight configurations. Sometimes you can get shorter connection times if you re willing to be flexible on dates or price. If you re having trouble finding flights with short layover times, it may not be under the ticketing agency s control. The airlines set the flight times and connections.I ve tried several different car rental agencies (Enterprise, Hertz, Alamo, etc.) and have found very little difference between them in terms of price, quality, policies, or options. If you have a AAA membership, try their website first. I got a deal at almost half the price that the rental agency was offering through its own website. Otherwise, I usually shop around on the companies web sites and go with the best deal.A strong word of advice on car rentals: although it adds significantly to the cost of your rental, ALWAYS buy the loss/damage waiver. Even something as simple as a careless person dinging you with their door in the parking lot can turn a $100 rental fee into a $1,000 repair bill. It happened to me in back-to-back rentals through no fault of my own. It s a huge hassle without the loss/damage waiver.Another word of advice: don t fall for the car rental agency s scam where they get you to buy a tank of gas up front so you don t have to refill the tank when you return it. This deal is ENTIRELY in the company s favor, unless you return the car with the gas tank totally depleted of every last drop of fuel.

okay I have the perfect place for you for car rental. they are in los angeles right next to LAX. They wil pick you up and drop you off for free from/to LAX. and their prices are amazing. i use them all the time. this is their website and definitely check them out http://www.laxcarrentallosangeles.com/

A great alternative to the well-known sites like Orbitz, Expedia, and Travelocity is Kayak (http://www.kayak.com/). Check it out!

Travelocity is another one.Be sure to go to an airlines and search by lowest fare first Then see what a car rental is. So you know, if its a deal or not.

Check the source below.

I always use expedia

My favorite I always use travelocity.com

New to Mesa Arizona, whats the best places to meet men and women? -

I am 22, single, and just moved to mesa, arizona for a year to finish my schooling. Its dramatically different here then where I come from (came from PA) but i ve been here a week now and I m pretty much settled in.Finally on my own though, I was wondering what are the best spots around town to meet people, both men and women. Looking for guys and girls as friends, and also looking for some ladies and some romance. Right now though I m pretty much out here though completely alone, no family, no friends, no connections. I feel ackward going to some places like clubs or bars alone, but it may be inevitable to meet new people. So I was just wondering what places here in the Mesa area would be the best to meet some new people and make new friends. Thanks.

Hey man, I moved to Tempe to go to ASU a few years back. Mesa is pretty dull, so you ll probably be going to Tempe and Scottsdale for most of your fun.Best places in Tempe are Casey Moore s and Barney s Boathouse. They are totally chill bars with lots of outdoor seating and a really casual atmosphere (not like those clubs on Mill Ave). They are both really close to ASU too, so you ll meet tons of people around your age too (plus the ASU girls are so hot).I never got up to Scottsdale much, but there are some nice places around old town Scottsdale. They re a bit more trendy though. You might also want to check out the website meetup.com. When I first moved to Arizona, I didn t know anyone. This website will tell you about different groups in your area that meet up regularly to talk about specific interests. The Phoenix area is pretty big, so there should be groups for you nearby no matter what you re into. I met some great people this way.Hope this helps.

HOw about approaching women on the street. By street I mean in public. Grocery store is the best. Great little free ebook out there, about 10 pages long, on how to get womens phone numbers in the grocery store. Works pretty damned good. its at http://www.tinyurl.com/meet-women-free/Will work no matter where you goHope this helpsEvan T

Missing Person Resources in Denver? -

I used to live in denver, but I moved away in 1999 so I am not as up on things as I used to be. several days ago I answered a question from a lady who lives in Yonkers N.Y. and she is going insane because her brother has gone Missing. he is 19yrs old and very responsible, he has a tiny baby boy that he would never stay away from and he has never been gone from home for more than a few hours without checking in. I am trying to help with resources other than DPD which already claims to be working on it. she has called everyone and checked the hospitals and there is no sign of him the family has posted flyers along the 16th street mall. I advised her to post an ad on craigslist with photos (which she has) its going on 6days and everyone is crazy with grief. do you know of any other venues where a bulletin could be posted or any other way to get the word out to as many people as possible ? it is really starting to look like he may be in real danger. any ideas you may have would be greatly appreciated. what I am basically looking for is information on missing resources and any ideas anyone may have. Thanks Much.flyer with pics http://denver.craigslist.org/rnr/1511472Thanks Much

That s terrible, I am so sorry to hear. I checked out the picture, but do not recognize him. Aside from doing what she has already done, Im sorry to report that I do not know of anything else at the moment. I hope they find him soon, keeping him and his family in our thoughts.

He has a very recognizable face, goodlooking guy. What could happen to someone going to 16th st mall? Denver is not a dangerous place. Sometimes when people go missing, its something like they drove off a mountain and end up where nobody goes. But Lakewood? Hmmm. He doesnt look like the defenseless type either. Truly baffling.
