I m interested in going to Camp America however i will NOT go for a doctors check up and they seem to expect one

why wont you go for a doctors check up?yh they really want a medical history, if you re suffering from a mental illness such as bipolar disorder or depression then they need to know. it s because you d be working with kids of all ages and they need somebody with a stable and mature attitude.if you do suffer from this then it s really unlikely that they ll take you. but im pretty sure they have no other requirements. if you re worried about a disability it usually isn t a problem.again they do need a medical history form filled out by your G.P, so why not go and do it then then be on your why off to camp america?
