Visa to America from New Zealand? -

My Aunt is coming to USA for more than 3 months but her Visa says only 3 months. is it possible for her to stay more than 3 months? what does she have to do ? thanks

She may come to the U.S. under the visa waiver program for up to 90 days only. See 1st site below about the visa waiver program. If she wishes to stay for up to 6 months, she needs to apply for a B-2 tourist visa. Then see 2nd page below and read starting where it says Qualifying for a Visa .....this is where she needs to start . Then, just follow all directions there. She may prefer to use the last site...instructions are very clear there.

does any one know how to change a court date?!?!?! I ve been calling a number for the court but no one has answered it so I think I got the wrong phone number...please if you know anything that can help it would be greatly appreciated

You are correct. The telephone number listed for court information is SELDOM ever answered. You would probably need to go to the court house in person to request a different date.It s part of Social Engineering . The entire system is designed to be as difficult as possible to encourage you NOT to want to come to court again. Psychologists call it Behavior Modification .

Which U.S. city is best for me? -

I like the big city feel but not New York City big..I visited the city a few weeks ago and it was almost impossible to take a step without being pushed or shoved through an endless crowd of people haha..So being able to enjoy the city-life without being too overwhelmed is a definite must. I would like to be able to own a car and drive it places (like work) but if i wanted, i could easily find public transportation (taxi, subway, etc.) . Living in an apartment could definitely work for me, but I like houses also. Either would be fine. I like the huge skyscrapers and the non-stop nightlife and all, just not TOO crowded on the streets. I d like to be able to walk freely through the city without having to worry about bumping into someone every time i take a step. haha. Any idea of what city best suits me?

So Cal is where its at. My personal opinion is anywhere in the southern part of California is awesome, but I recommend that you move to a nice beach town like San Diego. The night life is endless, tons of raves and clubs lol and theres big sky scrapers there too lol
