What are cheap, pet-friendly apartments in Worcester, MA? -

I m moving to Worcester, MA to work at UMass Medical, and I need to find a pet friendly apartment that hopefully isn t more than 30 minutes away from UMass. Any help please? I have a cat, and a small dog (a female pug)

Go to Craigslist.comYou can go to forrent.com or rent.com. But they don t have as many listing, they re always for expensive places that typically don t want pets.Craigslist.com is alot better to find what ur looking for and to get more of a selection of what you want.

Check out FORRENT.COM, you can put in the city you want to search apartments for and filter how much you want to pay and what kind of pets you have. Good luck!

I moved to Arizona recently and I cant find anything fun to do. Any ideas? -

I m mainly looking for live acoustic music places or fun sports places like paintball or something. Maybe drive in movie theatres. Or something that is authentic and Arizona is know for.Thank you.

Pick up a copy of the New Times for info on music events, or go to azcentral.com and do a search for events. I don t know of any paintball places but there are a few laser tag places around and there s Polar Ice. I m not sure what part of the valley you re in but there s a Brunzwick Zone bowling place in Gilbert and Fiddlestix in Tempe has mini golf, batting cages, a driving range and go karts.

Take a drive up to the town of Cave Creek and eat at Big Earl s Greasy Eats or if you want Mexican food El Encanto . They have a gorgeous patio area, and the weather is perfect right now. There s some cool little southwestern shops in Cave Creek.http://www.elencantorestaurant.com/restahttp://www.bigearlsgreasyeats.com/

Try the West Wind Drive-In Movie Theaters in Glendale and Scottsdale - only $6.50 for a double feature. The Glendale site also has a public market on the weekends.http://www.westwinddi.com/

There is a drive in movie on Scottsdale road and McKellips area.

United Palace Theater in New York City - stage door, anyone? -

I have never attended a show here before and my friend and I are willing to wait for as long as it takes to get an autograph from a favorite performer of ours (if he will oblige). Does anyone with experience at the venue know where it s located and/or have experiences with it?Thank you!

Well, until someone comes along with a better answer I ll chime in.The theater is in Washington Heights at the corner of 175th Street and Broadway. To get there you can take the A train to 175th St. and head east. Ticketmaster has more travel info here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/United-Palac[Meanwhile, some interesting places nearby are the remnants of the Audubon Ballroom (Broadway at 165th Street) where Malcolm X was shot, High Bridge Park, the Pinehurst staircase, the George Washington Bridge and the Little Red Lighthouse (pedestrian access from 181st St.).]Here s the Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_PalaAnd here s a map with Street View showing where it is: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q source=sThere may be a service entrance on 176th St. which is the stage door you re looking for.
