Cities in arizona that snow...? -

ok.. so i really want to move to arizona... next year... and i live in cali now.. and i really wanted something diff... i know arizona has deserts... but im looking for cities in arizona.. that have alot going on but snow.. like alot! i want a change.. so any cities that it snows but still reasonably priced? thanxs!

Try Flagstaff. They get all four seasons, and they recently got dumped on by a nice big snowstorm. You can ski, and do all kinds of neat outdoor wintry things there.

Like the first answerer, Flagstaff is one of the towns in Arizona that snow. Although it is quite pricey. I have a friend who lives there, and I visit him a lot. His rent is about $500, he splits a 2 bedroom with a roommate. Since Northern Arizona University is located there; it is a college town. It just had it s first big blizzard come through about a week ago, but it s quite clear of snow now. It has quite a few of trendy clubs/restaurants/cafes and shops downtown where all the partying goes on. It s a nice town though, and has a population of about 60,000 people. I am moving there after I graduate this year, and am planning to attend NAU.EDIT: It all depends on the quality of the apartment also, but hey, if it works for you :)

Flagstaff snows I live in Scottsdale and its snowed here in the past but in the mountains it usually snows.

Flagstaff is the snow city in Arizona. Sedona also but very expensive.

Which is faster car or train from Seattle to Spokane? -

Have you checked Amtrak? There s passenger service between the two. In that case car would be much faster. The other person who answered that it would be too risky to take a train, hasn t driven the mountains of the Pacific Northwest in the winter. Here s a link:http://tickets.amtrak.com/itd/amtrak

car, train is too risky and the stops make car faster,

To reasonable, moderate Alaskans...? -

Does it make you cringe in pain to see bimbos like Levi Johnston and Sarah Palin representing your state in the media? I know not everyone in Alaska is cute and dumb but a lot of Americans don t. Are you worried that the cat fight between these two baffoons will tarnish your state for decades to come?

I m from Massachusetts, and I cringe at the thought that that bimbo could have been a heartbeat away from the presidency!
