Renting a cabin in big bear!!!!! HELP!? -

So we are renting a cabin for 3 days in big bear, but when I asked the renter to send more pictures of the property she sent me to a side for real estate...I suppose she is selling her home. Can you still rent a home out for a 3 day vacation to someone, but the home is also on the market...? Is that possible??? Or is she scamming us? http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/42133- that is the home we are supposed to be renting for 3 days

Yes, you can rent your home that you are in the process of selling.BTW, your link doesn t work.It could be a scam. How did you contact this person? If on craigslist, I would be very leery. Most owners rent through an agency. If you have a listing, call the real estate agent to see if the owner is legit.

Where is the cheapest and the safest place to living in los angeles or orange counties in california? -

Any where in East LAwill work well for you!

You will not find a place in a good area (if any at all) that will be 700 a month... and that s just apartments... you will either need assisted living housing or get a cheap room with roommates ... if you are just planning to move just for the hell of it... know that SoCal is VERY expensive... and you need a good strong plan before you get here..,

Im not an Arizona resident, but will be there for a month. Can I get a AZ driving license made? -

I just want to clarify one point here. Beenthere says you have to surrender your other license. That s not true. All that is done to invalidate your old license is done in the computer. You are physically allowed to retain the old one. I know because I just obtained my AZ license in May and still have my old CA license.I think what you are trying to do here is have two validly appearing licenses so when you return home someone else underage can flash it at a bartender. Am I right? The clerk at the MVD actually offered me the choice.

Assuming you already have a driver s license from somewhere else, there really isn t much point in doing so. That driver s license is valid in Arizona and you wouldn t need an AZ one. Even out-of-state students who attend the universities here and snowbirds who spend seven months or less of the year here are not required to carry an Arizona driver s license. Getting an AZ license means you will surrender your license from another state. In a month, you d just have to go back to your home state s motor vehicles department and do the whole process again. Seems like a huge waste of time and money for nothing.

tom he just said that he said not the actual plastic, but the validity of it. geez
