Unless you will be passing thru Orlando well late at night, you re much better off with the followingI-275 to I-75 NorthUS 27 exit at Ocala east about 2 miles to US 301US 301 north to I-10 (watch out for speed traps in Waldo and Lawtey)I-10 east into JacksonvilleI used to make the trip weekly and found the above not only faster but far more relaxing a drive - less traffic and nicer scenery.If you happen to be heading to the south side of Jacksonville instead of northside or downtown, modify the route slightly to take the Normandy Avenue exit off US301 to I-295 just after entering the city limits instead of taking 301 all the way to I-10...you ll trim about 10-15 minutes off the trip that way and miss the I-10 construction zone.
