Most are getting ready for the holiday. Lots of turkey buying and pie baking. However on Wed night is the annual Guns and Hoses which is the boxing matches to support Backstoppers which feature the cops vs firemen. Usually a lot of fun and supports a great cause.

Where is the best place to celebrate birthday in Tennessee? -

I m going on a road trip next week and ill be in Tennessee for my birthday. Im not 21 yet so no bars/clubs. but still want something fun or mellow or anything that screams tennessee. never been to tennessee before. ill just be with one of my friends. any ideas??!!? or if you know of any good restaurants in any southern states ..anything would be helpful!

I would stop by the Gaylord Opryland hotel in Nashville, its massive with shops and restaurants etc. Its like Vegas away from Vegas. This time of year they ll have massive amounts of Christmas lights up all over the place. There is a huge mall near the hotel as well. Macaroni Grill is always great.

Memphis has tons of things to do. Or try Dollywood

Best time to leave for Las Vegas? -

I m going from LA on Friday and I need to know what would be the time that I should head on the road.

I used to leave about 10 a.m. a little behind traffic so I could get into town early enough to roam around a bit and get settled in the hotel. It s about a four to six hour drive give or take depending on traffic and where you are coming from in LA.

I will leave as early as possible. You will be going against traffic heading out of LA. 9am - 10am. LA -Vegas traffic starts building up around 1pmhttp://www.lasvegas-how-to.com

I would say if you leave about 11am you should get there about 3pm, if your stopping at Baker to get gas and eat which i usually do, then expect around 4pm..

I moved from southern CA to Las Vegas. If me I would leave right after the a.m. rush. About 10am.

As soon as possible as you ll miss all the fun.
