What is a good place to go on vacation with friends? -

I m 14 and 4 of my friends and I want to go on vacation together over presidents day weekend. We want to stay in a hotel but it needs to be pretty cheap. We were thinking an island off the coast of GA (live in Marietta, GA). Where would you recommend to go cheap but not trashy, and still fun. thankks!

Several years ago we went rented a villa in the Litchfield resort in Pawleys Island, SC. You would need a parent to accompany you - but it really was fun. We rented bikes, walked on the beach, went swimming, etc. -- and it was pretty inexpensive. (You can also fit several girls into the villa, which was pretty much like its own little apartment.)

I am a travel agent and there are lots of nice places. However is one of the people who will be going on this trip with you at least 18 years old, because most hotels require at least 1 adult to be present.Konny
